I am an experienced and qualified psychotherapist/counsellor and have worked for over 12 years in the NHS, voluntary & corporate sectors and in private practice. I offer counselling & psychotherapy to individuals and couples at my practice in Archway, North London.

I have lived abroad and worked with people from diverse communities. Welcoming clients from all backgrounds, I aim to provide a service which meets the needs of each individual. My mother tongue is English and I can counsel in Spanish if required.

As your counsellor, I will engage with you as a whole person rather than a set of symptoms. My aim is to help you live life more fully, making changes or coming to terms with things that cannot be changed. A safe environment, confidentiality and a trusting relationship are cornerstones of my work.

I also counsel couples - heterosexual and same sex - who want to resolve difficulties in their relationship and move forward constructively.

For counselling and psychotherapy in North London, my practice is based in Islington, within easy reach of Central London. It is a 5 minute walk from Archway tube station on the northern line and near several bus routes. Camden, Holloway, Kentish Town, Tufnell Park, Highgate, Crouch End, Muswell Hill, Stroud Green, Wood Green and Finsbury Park are easily accessible. On street parking is available.
